26 April – 11 May 2025 | Open Tournament This multi-week tournament featured 8 teams and 120+ players from South Calgary. By offering regular competitive play close to home, the event promoted accessibility, consistency, and increased community participation in organized cricket.
13–14 June 2025 | Open Tournament This tournament brought together 8 teams representing diverse cultural backgrounds from across Calgary. With 120+ players and families participating, the event fostered cross-cultural connections, strengthened community bonds, and celebrated diversity through sport.
15 June 2025 | Member Tournament The SPL Spring Tournament is the only league in Calgary designed to ensure every player gets to bat and meaningfully contribute. The event emphasized fair play, equal participation, and enjoyment for all league members.
22 June – 31 August 2025 | Youth Camp An extended development program delivered over 10 structured sessions, combining skill training with live match practice. 26 youth participants aged 5–16 developed technical skills, fitness, and teamwork, with a strong emphasis on applying learning in real-game situations.
17 August 2025 | Member Tournament Following the success of the Spring edition, the SPL Summer Tournament expanded to 4 teams due to increased member interest. 20 September 2025 | Annual Community Event The season-end celebration welcomed 180+ attendees from over 85 families. The event featured fun and inclusive matches, including Women vs Youth and Over-40 vs Under-40 games, bringing together multiple generations to celebrate the season’s achievements.
