DESCRIPTION:22 June – 31 August 2025 \nThe SSA Youth Cricket Camp 2025 delivered an extended summer development experience for young cricketers\, running across 10+ structured sessions that blended focused skill training with live match practice. \nA total of 26 youth participants aged 5–16 took part in the program\, building technical cricket skills\, fitness\, confidence\, and teamwork in a supportive and energetic environment. A key focus of the camp was helping players apply learning in real-game situations\, ensuring that training translated directly into on-field performance. \nThe camp fostered steady growth across all age groups and experience levels\, while strengthening friendships and enthusiasm for the sport. By the end of the summer\, participants demonstrated noticeable improvement and a deeper love for cricket — a proud outcome for players\, coaches\, and families alike.

DESCRIPTION:🏏 Member Tournament – SPL Summer Edition\n17 August 2025 \nBuilding on the success of the Spring edition\, the SPL Summer Member Tournament returned bigger and better\, expanding to four teams in response to growing member enthusiasm. \nOne of the most special aspects of the tournament was its intergenerational format\, with youth players competing alongside — and against — their parents. The matches blended spirited competition with family connection\, giving young cricketers the chance to experience a higher level of play while sharing the field with experienced players. \nTrue to the inclusive spirit of SPL events\, every participant was guaranteed the opportunity to bat and contribute\, ensuring meaningful involvement for all skill levels and ages. \nThe tournament delivered exciting cricket\, memorable moments\, and stronger bonds across our club community — a perfect reflection of SPL’s mission to combine sport\, family\, and belonging.
