In 2025, we expanded our reach, deepened our programming, and strengthened partnerships. This was a year defined by structured coaching, inclusive tournaments, and meaningful collaboration with civic partners.

  • Volunteer Hours Contributed: 1043+
  • Community Engagement: 635+ attendees and participants

Youth Development

  • 26 youth trained across 10 structured coaching sessions, including match‑practice opportunities.

Tournaments Hosted

  • 5 major tournaments, (open, member-based, and multicultural)

Key Achievements

  • Family & Community Participation: 180+ attendees at the annual season-end community celebration
  • SSA Spring Tournament: Brought together 8 teams and 120+ players from across South Calgary.
  • Extended Youth Cricket Camp: Combined skill development with real match experience, helping young players grow with confidence.
  • SPL Spring & Summer Leagues: The only leagues in Calgary designed to ensure every player gets to bat and meaningfully contribute.
  • Youth–Parent Integration: Strengthened family bonds by integrating youth players into competitive adult tournaments.
  • Civic Engagement: Conducted roundtable discussions with the City of Calgary (R&SP) to support long‑term planning and community collaboration.
